yes, but Eye-ran is the official US govt. spelling, to rhyme properly with 'man' ;)

Yes, I have already noticed that ... and I think I should get used to it ;) ... thanks to 'whatever' deity, they don't spell it eer-an ('an' means faeces in farsi btw)
